My mission: a world of green, beautiful buildings.
We know how to build beautifully. Design each building as one system, and we can build far better.
A project by Zayd Ahmad Shahizam · Focusing on the EU and APAC
Bought part by part, a building costs more.
Each discipline picks the cheapest option for its own part. Design the parts together and some cost more, but the building costs less.
Each part on its ownEvery line at its lowest price
The parts designed togetherRequirements shared between lines
Shading costs more. The facade goes up by 6, so the cooling plant comes down by 12.
Planting keeps the rain. Landscape goes up by 4, so drainage comes down by 8.
Daylight reaches in. Lighting comes down by 4.
My best idea
Find the greener option that costs less.
Send it your bill of quantities. It finds certified alternatives for every line and system, counts every incentive in your market, and shows which come out cheaper.
14% lessto pay over its life in Malaysia, once the tax incentive is counted.
My focus: make better products and systems easy to find, buy and sell.
More of them procured, and both sides come out ahead.
Project teams on one side, providers on the other.

- Found faster
- Bought more often
- Less friction, both ways
Built in the open, and still a work in progress.
