Integrations and internal tools at Workwize

Integrations and internal tools · 2023 to 2025

Workwize was growing fast, and a lot of the work between systems was still being done by hand. Every new customer added a bit more of it.

So I built the integrations and internal tools that took those steps out. Most of it wasn't really "automation", it was business logic that had never been written down anywhere, finally living in one place.

We went from about 100 to over 2,500 orders a month, from 1 to 5 customer-facing services, and the tools ended up with 50+ internal users.
